We have just returned from a weeklong stay at La Residence. What a wonderful experience we had staying with you. Our family truly enjoyed your hospitality! Our rooms were comfortable and cozy like a bed and breakfast but with the privacy of a hotel. We hated to see our stay end as we felt as if we were part of the La Residence “family”! Our time there just flew by with very little down time. From the moment we arrived, weary from travel, Alicia’s helpfulness and graciousness set the tone for our entire visit. Ken’s breakfasts were exceptional and accommodating even to meet our dietary restrictions. Additionally his creations for the wine receptions were great. We enjoyed meeting him and talking with him during our visit. Maria began each morning for us with a wonderful smile and remembered what our favorites were for breakfast each morning, all the while keeping our room immaculate. Bradley’s assistance as we prepared for the trip as well as his help when we arrived was invaluable. He provided spirited casual conversation, just as if you were at home, while being fun and skillfully pouring at our nightly wine receptions. Staff recommendations and helpfulness in assisting us with private reservations for tastings at the wineries was great. The location was very convenient to the wineries and restaurants. Kudos and thanks to everyone at La Residence! We have returned home with wonderful memories and wonderful wine! We regret that Graham was not there for us to meet and congratulate in person for having such a terrific staff, but hope he enjoyed his vacation to the UK. What a great ending to the year 2009 and an exceptional start for 2010! Continued success and best wishes to you all!

My daughter lives in San Francisco and I asked her to book a room for a night in Napa for my recent Mother's Day/birthday visit. A lucky internet search yielded La Residence. We only spent one night there - but everything was wonderful. Friendly, helpful staff - accomodating service, etc. Food was outstanding. It's truly a place where they still go "above and beyond" expectations. Not at all fussy or stuffy - just plain delightful. We'll definitely be back whenever we find ourselves in wine country - and will highly recommend it to friends and family.

I can't say enough about this wonderful property! It's one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! The accomodations and amenitites were exceptional, the food was fantastic, the property was just beautiful, and Concierge Lori was delightful. La Residence was an immense hit with the Pfizer group. They were so impressed and pleased with the accommodations, food, surroundings, and especially the staff.

One of our account managers said “La Residence is a real gem”. And she’s very well traveled. Now I really have to come and see all of you and the Inn when I am in San Francisco in August.

Please also extend a hearty thanks to Hannah and Edric as they were also very instrumental in making the event a success.

My old lady and I stayed at La Residence over President's day weekend and found the entire experience to be fantastic. We were initially worried because of how close to the highway the hotel was, but we never heard any noise. The room was immaculate and was very nicely furnished. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Hotel was within walking distance to Don Giovanni's Italian restaurant which was great after a long day of tasting. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

IN the last 10 years haven't been to a place so personalized and with such devoted staff to your needs. The staff had great knowledge of the area, and all reccomendations were above expectation. Excellent location. This place exceeds even my stays at European hotels!! Doesn't feel like the states.

There is no place in Napa that does a better job than La Residence. I visited here years ago Since it was taken over by Hall Wineries...the service, the food and the accommodations have improved 100%. the beds and bedding are to die for, the grounds are beautiful and the decore is softer and more elegent the food was fab!! from the excellent breakfast to the wine hour my husband has lots of food alergies. Chef Deanna visited guests at the tables after came into the dining room to personally take our order, she even checked back to make sure everthing was to our liking. the front desk staff was amazing. friendly, accommodating, very helpful in making reservations for dinner and wine tours. this will be my destination for years to come im telling all my friends!!!!!!

I've never been in a place that paid so much atteniton to detail. we were greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to our suite. later that evening we attended the wine hour reception with some of the incredible foods and presentations i've ever seen we spent the night asleep on a cloud of wonderful linens and was awakended by the smells of what would be the most delightful breakfast ive ever had thanks to all the staff and complaments to the chef Ann

Looking back on our tour of California (from Newport Beach to Napa) in February one of the highlights of the trip was our stay at La Residence. The accommodations are superb and very comfortable. The location is perfect for having easy access to the main highway leading to the Napa and Sonoma Vineyards while still enjoying a quiet country setting.

The breakfasts were a delight and a chance to share with the other guests the previous day’s adventures and recommendations for future tours.

We look forward to recommending to friends La Residence.
